A compulsory briefing is required. #### Requirements - Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and be SARS tax compliant (TCS PIN or certificate). - Not in the service of the state; must complete MBD 4 and related declarations. - Provide Company Profile and Project Reference Letters (last 5 years) with min R200,000 per reference, from State entities, national/provincial departments, municipalities, or public institutions. - Demonstrate capability via: (i) Professional Technical Resources and Certifications (simplified CVs; relevant certifications) and (ii) Project Experience (state entity ICT projects).
