**This RFQ seeks a 12-month service and maintenance contract for Ushaka Marine World’s currency counting equipment.** Bidders should be service providers in cash-handling equipment maintenance, registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and the eThekwini Supplier Portal, with capability to service: 1 x Scan Coin SC3003 with CH45 Hopper, 4 x Glory GFS-220 note counters, and 1 x Lince 90C coin sorter with thermal printer. Technicians must be factory-trained and certified for the specified gear.  

#### Requirements
- Registered on CSD and eThekwini Supplier Portal; in good standing with SARS (tax clearance or PIN).  
- Fully completed and signed MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and provide proof of training/certification for the equipment.  
- Valid letter of good standing; two dated, signed reference letters for similar projects in the past 5 years.  
- If applicable, provide SARS TCS PIN or proof; or CSD number if no TCS.  
- Complete bid on official forms and submit in a sealed envelope.
