## Summary

#### Overview
**Upgrading a 410 m gravel track to a 5 m-wide concrete surfaced roadway in Ward 45 (KwaMashu) with earthworks, drainage, kerbing and related works.** Proposals are invited from civil/road construction firms with CIDB contractor grading designation of 4 CE or higher, capable of municipal roadworks and compliant with supplier-registration, tax, and health-and-safety prerequisites.

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading: 4 CE or higher (or higher).
- Valid registrations: CIDB status, CSD, and eThekwini Supplier Portal prior to submission.
- Compliance documents: Tax clearance PINs valid at tender closing; any BBEE requirements as applicable.
- Good standing: COIDA good standing and evidence of COIDA cover for on-site work; site health and safety plan requirement.
