3.2.2 Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Consultant

Country: Benin, Nigeria

Description of the Assignment: The consultancy will be directly responsible for establishing data quality assurance mechanisms, optimizing data logging workflows, and compiling field-driven learning evidence within the Egor Local Government Council framework, across both the Pilot Phase and the Full Implementation Phase of the initial 12-month engagement.

Period of assignment/services: 12 months (November 2026 – October 2027).

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
