#### Overview
**5 YEAR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS AND MINOR REFURBISHMENT (ONCE OFF) OF PASSENGER BOARDING BRIDGES AND AIRCRAFT DOCKING SYSTEM AT CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.**  
Open to CIDB contractors with a grading of 5ME or higher, with proven experience in maintenance of passenger loading bridges and ADS. Key prerequisites include tax/compliance prerequisites (SARS PIN or TCS, CSD as fallback), COIDA good standing, and an OEM letter confirming technical support and spares availability. #### Requirements
- CIDB contractor grading: 5ME or higher.  
- Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN; or TCS certificate; if part of a joint venture, each party must supply separate certificates; CSD number if no TCS.  
- OEM commitment: letter from OEM confirming support and supply of ADS and spares.  
- Mandatory admin: complete and sign Form of Offer and Acceptance; submit one Original + one Copy; sealed envelopes; returnable documents.  
- Mandatory briefings: attend **Compulsory online briefing (21 July 2026)**; non-compulsory site visit (22 July 2026).  
- Site access: non-refundable R270 permit for site access (site inspection).  
- Tender process: no alternative bids; evaluation includes functionality (min 80/100) then price/preference (80/20).
