#### Requirements

- Complete and sign mandatory Municipal Bidding Documents: MBD1, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9.
- Provide a Tax Clearance or PIN/CSD number; if foreign, complete Part B and provide separate TCS/PIN for joint ventures as applicable.
- Submit company documentation: CIPC registration (where applicable), VAT registration, IDs for directors/members, Certificate of Authority for Signatory, bank letter, and address proofs including municipal address and director’s address documents not older than 2 months.
- Include Pricing Schedule (MBD3.1) with firm prices; delivery details and compliance with GCC/PPPFA terms.
