- Technical compliance: adherence to TRH11 guidelines and vendor’s safety procedures; capability to collect/transport permits and coordinate with authorities.
- Additional: basic SHEQ/OSH compliance; supplier to develop a SHEQ plan; local development and BBBEE considerations (Annexure K).
