## Summary

#### Overview
**A long-term contract for maintenance and cleaning services of UNDP Cameroon offices and facilities (Yaoundé, Buea, Bamenda).** Bidders with facilities management or professional cleaning capabilities, including experience serving international organizations, are encouraged to bid. The RFP comprises three lots: Lot 1 Yaoundé main office and the UN Clinic; Lot 2 Project Office in Buea; Lot 3 Project Office in Bamenda. Site visits are mandatory.

#### Requirements
- Three site visits are mandatory for all locations (Yaoundé, UN Clinic, Buea, Bamenda) on 9 October 2026; attendees receive a sign-in sheet and a site-visit attestation.
- A scanned copy of the site-visit documentation must be uploaded in the submission system.
- Proposals must be submitted via the UNDP Quantum portal by **19 October 2026 09:00**.
- Bid responses should indicate the Lot(s) bid for (Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3).
- Documents and updates are accessible via the UNDP Quantum portal; bidders should subscribe to the call for tender to receive notifications.

ACCORD A LONG TERME POUR ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE DES BUREAUX

Entretien et nettoyage des bureaux et locaux du PNUD, projets et programmes, de la Clinique des Nations Unies en vue d’un Accord à Long terme (LTA)

Cet appel d'offre est fait en 03 lots:

\- LOT1: Bureau principal du PNUD à Yaoundé et la Clinique des Nations Unies

\- LOT2: Bureau du projet du PNUD à Buea

\- LOT3: Bureau du projet du PNUD à Bamenda

La Visite des sites est obligatoire et à l'issue une fiche de présence sera signée par les participants et une attestation de visite de site sera remise aux participants, une copie scannée devra être mise dans la soulisison de chaque entreprise dans le système.
