**Accredited Sport Financial Management Training Programme to be delivered by an accredited training provider.** Cape Agulhas Municipality invites bids from SAQA/SETA/QCTO-accredited providers with experience in financial management training for community sport structures (NPOs, clubs, federations). The 3-day programme targets 50 participants at Thusong Centre, Bredasdorp, with a two-stage evaluation (functionality, then price and preference) and a value under R300,000, valid for 90 days.

#### Requirements
- Accreditation: Valid SAQA/SETA/QCTO accreditation or an agreed partnership with an accredited provider to deliver, assess, moderate and certify.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in financial management or bookkeeping training for community organisations, NPOs or sport structures; proven track record with 3+ references.
- Compliance: Adhere to Cape Agulhas SCM policy; confidentiality of learner records; deliver per QCTO unit standards; provide learner manuals, templates, and post-training support.
- Registrations & preferences: Tax Compliance PIN, Central Supplier Database (CSD)/VAT status, B-BBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit), up-to-date municipal accounts.
- Returnable schedules: Complete CAMBD 1, CAMBD 4, CAMBD 6.1, CAMBD 8, CAMBD 9, plus Form of Offer & Acceptance and related documents.
