## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of surveillance cameras and installation with commissioning of access-control systems for two UNDP Gabon sites.** Bidders should have proven experience in security system design, installation, integration and commissioning of CCTV and access-control equipment, electrical cabling, networking, and on-site testing, with the capacity to work on two sites and coordinate with UNDP. A mandatory site visit is required.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory site visit on Friday 16 October (Maison verte and Maison commune).
- Mandatory briefing session on Friday 15 October at 23:00.
- Submit pricing and technical proposals via the UNDP Quantum portal by 27 October 2026 16:55.
- Provide pricing per Annex 1 of the RFQ; submissions via the Quantum portal.
