#### Requirements
- Fully completed Form of Offer and required returnables (SBD 4, SBD 6.1, Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire) plus Pricing Schedule/BoQ.
- Data hosting affidavit confirming SA hosting and data centre details (see RW10414443-26 Data Hosting Affidavit).
- Minimum three SaaS-based Contract Management references; six-person project team with CVs; specified roles (e.g., SaaS Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, System Integrator, Data Migration, Information Security, Project Manager).
- Compliance documents: tax clearance/SBD disclosures, BBBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit), and related declarations.
- Insurance declarations and risk management information; equipment/resource capacity; safety/SH&E information (as applicable).
- Access to bid documents via the National Treasury e-Tender portal; no on-site issue of documents.
