#### Overview
**This tender seeks to procure WAN and remote connection (APN) services for Nkangala District Municipality for 36 months (re-advert).** It is targeted at invited service providers with ICASA ECNS/ECS licensing and proven WAN/APN deployment experience to deliver a Corporate APN, private APN, backhaul, Internet breakout, and related services for about 400 users. #### Requirements

- Professional Indemnity Insurance of at least R1,000,000 per claim (see Scope of Work Blue)
- Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN; may submit TCS with bid or provide CSD number if no TCS; separate TCS for consortium members (see Tender Data) (see Tender Data pink)
