#### Requirements

- Signed letter confirming no undisputed municipal accounts overdue by more than 30 days (with proof)
- 100% local content where applicable and signed Local Content Annexures C, D & E
- Compliance with the municipality’s supply chain policy; bids must be on original bid documents; no faxed/couriered/emailed submissions; and conditional extensions reserved by the municipality
- Adherence to anti-corruption and pre-qualification requirements (e.g., not from persons in the state service or tender defaulters) as specified in the tender conditions
