- Latest CSD Report (not older than 3 months); certified IDs of directors; fully completed MBD 1-9; signed quotation valid 90 days; Rates clearance for company/director or proof of non-ownership of property within urban area.
- BBBEE status or sworn affidavit; ability to promote locality (within Ntabankulu, Alfred Nzo, Eastern Cape).
- Pre-qualification functionality evaluation: bidders must score 70/100 to proceed to financial evaluation; adherence to VAT and other statutory requirements.
