#### Requirements
- Experience and qualifications
- South African official-language practitioners with 3+ years; CVs and certified qualifications
- For foreign languages: degree/diploma in related field; for SASL interpreters: Matric plus relevant credentials
- At least 2 contactable reference letters; CVs for interpreters/translators/editors per language combination
- Staff and delivery expectations: on-time interpreters, standby staff, familiarity with interpreting equipment, subject-matter knowledge, on-site coordinator if needed
- Remote/interpreting capability if required (online platforms)
- Languages: combinations including Afrikaans-English, English-other SA languages, SA Sign Language, and foreign languages
- Translators/editors across specified SA languages and foreign languages
- Administrative compliance: Tax PIN or CSD; valid CSD registration; municipal rates up to date; owners/directors up to date on rates
- MBD forms (1, 4, 5, 8, 9) completed; audited financials if applicable
- JV documentation if bidding as a joint venture; compulsory briefing session attendance
- Pricing schedule fully completed with itemised prices (no tippex on schedule)
