  - Minimum two contactable reference letters for prior relevant work.

  - Deployed personnel must cover simultaneous, consecutive, and translation/editing tasks; on-time attendance; standby interpreters; familiarity with interpreting equipment; subject-matter knowledge of local government terminology; possible on-site coordinator; ability to provide remote interpreting when needed; no meals charged unless arranged.

  - Tax compliance status (PIN) or CSD number; CSD registration valid.
