## Summary

#### Overview
**The City of Tshwane invites quotations for the once-off supply, delivery and, where applicable, installation and commissioning of training equipment to the Tshwane Metro Police Department (TMPD).** Suitable bidders are suppliers of training equipment for law enforcement, driver and firearms training, VR/simulation systems, and motorcycle training. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a CSD number and have a valid tax clearance. Submissions are via the online Ariba platform, with a closing date of 23 September 2026 at 10:00, and a compulsory briefing on 23 September 2026 at 10:00 at the Pretoria West briefing venue (see Q24-2026-27 QUOTATION DOCUMENT.pdf). Bids stay valid for 90 days after closing.
