#### Overview
**This tender seeks to appoint a short-term insurance broker/insurer to manage NYDA’s short-term insurance portfolio for three years.** The successful bidder will provide broking, placement, administration, claims handling and advisory services across multiple covers (assets, D&O, group personal accident, corporate travel, events liability, business interruption, cyber, professional indemnity, project-specific insurances, facilities/tools, structural maintenance, fidelity, SASRIA, money, travel, etc.). Suitable bidders are insurers or brokers with strong public-sector experience, robust claims handling systems, and the capacity to deliver a three-year SLA.

#### Requirements
- Returnable documents: SBD1, SBD4, pricing schedule; proof of CSD registration; SARS Tax Compliance Status or PIN; FSCA registration; FIA membership; proof of underwriter and, if applicable, JV/consortium arrangements; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; proof of company registration and authority to sign.
- Professional indemnity: confirmation of a PI/Errors & Omissions policy (min R51 million) after stage 3.
- Online claims handling capability with monthly/quarterly reporting.
- Compliance with POPIA; separate TCS certificates for each consortium party.
