## Summary

#### Overview
**RFQ for Aluminium Door Replacement: suppliers are asked to quote to supply and replace a large pane of safety glass, an aluminium T-section, and an aluminium door frame at Foretrust Building, Cape Town.** Suitable bidders should have experience in aluminum joinery, glazing, and building repairs, with capability to deliver to the Foreshore site. Compulsory site inspection is 30 June 2026, 11:00–13:00 at the Foretrust Building (see attached RFQ documents for details).

#### Requirements
- Complete the RFQ on your company letterhead, include VAT, and banking details.
- Prices must be firm until delivery; include all taxes.
- Preference points: 80/20 system (Price 80, Specific Goals 20) for bids up to R1,000,000; provide documentation to claim Specific Goals (more than 50% Black ownership, Women ownership, or people with disabilities).
- Submit: SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms; Medical Certificate for disability claims; SANAS/CIPC-accredited BBB-EE certificate or sworn affidavit; CSD/MAAA number; CIPC ownership certificate.
- If applying as a Joint Venture, submit consolidated BBB-EE and joined-entity credentials.
- Tax compliance: comply with Income Tax and VAT; provide SARS PIN or CSD number.
- Mandatory requirements: Food Premises Certificate (in the bidding company name) and other listed documents at closing.
- Delivery costs, and all statutory taxes, must be included in the bid; no delivery before official order.
- Failure to meet mandatory requirements may lead to disqualification (see RFQ for details).
