#### Requirements

- Tax compliance: valid Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Compliance Status Pin; CSD/MAAAs up to date.  
- CIDB: meet minimum category and level as specified by SCM (to be confirmed).  
- CIDB/ownership disclosures and identity documentation as required for JV/consortia or sub-contractors.  
- No bids from persons in the service of the state.  
- Delivery within 60 days of issue of Purchase Order; payments within 30 days on valid invoice.  
- Prices must be firm, VAT inclusive; bidder to be registered on MLRF Oracle ERP if awarded.  
- Provide required documents: CK1, authority to sign, certified IDs, etc.  
- Complete and sign contract forms (SBD 7.x) as applicable.
