**RFQ to appoint a suitably qualified and accredited contractor to perform annual statutory maintenance of all fire protection equipment at Groenkloof, NETFA and Secunda, including inspection, testing, servicing, repairs, and certification.** Suitable bidders are fire protection service providers with SAQCC Fire Technician certification, CIDB 2SF or higher, and COIDA registration, capable of delivering comprehensive maintenance and certification.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory requirements: COIDA registration; CIDB 2SF or higher; valid SAQCC Fire Technician certificate.
- Bid documents to submit: National Treasury CSD registration report; valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; SBD 4; SBD 6.1.
- Technical functionality (minimum 70%): 
  - Company experience (years in fire equipment maintenance)
  - Fire Technician experience (CV, qualifications, SAQCC registration)
  - References (3+ relevant, current within 5 years)
- Evaluation: 80/20 price vs specific goals; preference points for specific goals if claimed.
- Other: proposals valid for 120 days; potential extension up to 60 days; no advance payment; all-inclusive VAT pricing.
