#### Overview
**The Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA), KwaZulu-Natal, is appointing a B-BBEE verification agency to conduct the B-BBEE verification process for the 2024-25 financial year.** Bidders should be SANAS-accredited verification agencies with BBBEE verification experience, capable of delivering inception, implementation and close-out phases, producing verification reports, scorecards and B-BBEE Certificates (for Cogta).

#### Requirements
- SANAS Accreditation as a B-BBEE Verification Agency (proof required).
- Project leader must be a member of a recognized professional body (e.g., BBBEE professionals, accounting/auditing).
- Minimum five reference letters/POs/award letters showing BBBEE verifications for Measured Entities.
- Ability to deliver across the three project phases within a 2-month contract, with deliverables as defined in Annex A (Inception, Implementation, Close-Out).
