#### Requirements

- Evidence of a similar BNG project (≥100 units) completed in the past 7 years with a reference letter
- Tender amount aligned with the 2023 subsidy quantum for 40m²/45m² houses
- Building plans for a 40m² and 45m² house by a SACAP-registered person per Western Cape Department of Infrastructure specs
