#### Overview
**Procurement of a Change Management Service Provider to deliver Organisational Development, Organisational Design, Workforce Planning and Change Management services for 36 months.** Bidders should be capable professional service providers with expertise in change management, organisational design, workforce planning, business process improvement, and related governance, with compliance capabilities (tax, B-BBEE) and CSD/CSD-related requirements.

#### Requirements
- 80/20 Preference Point System (price vs specific goals) and complete pricing for 36 months.
- Registration on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and/or SARS Tax Compliance status (PIN).
- Complete set of standard bidding documents (SBDs), pricing schedule, bid proposal, disclosure forms, and BBBEE documentation as required.
- Access to and inclusion of a detailed pricing schedule (year 1–3; includes VAT and potential escalations).
- Compliance with telecommunication/communication, branding, and governance expectations as per the bid annexures.
- Submit in the specified two-envelope format with a USB copy, and deposit at the tender box (physical submission).
