#### Overview
**Appointment of a CIDB Grade 1 GB or higher service provider to undertake mould remediation works at Building B, SARAO Johannesburg office.** Suitable bidders are CIDB Grade 1 GB+ contractors with mould remediation capability, health-and-safety compliance, waste management credentials and air-quality/HSE documentation.

#### Requirements
- CIDB: minimum Grade 1 GB (or higher) registration.  
- Health and safety: COIDA Letter of Good Standing, Public Liability cover (min R1 million), project organogram, waste handling and disposal registrations, air quality certification, risk assessment, and related HSE documentation.  
- Experience: at least three written, contactable references for commercial mould remediation projects within the last five years.  
- Environmental/compliance: waste management (general and hazardous) registration, landfill site registration, and where subcontracted, subcontractor COIDA and waste-transport registrations.  
- Air quality: post-remediation air- and clearance certification by an Authorised Inspection Authority and SAIOH Hygienist registration.  
- Documentation: CIDB proof, SBD forms (1, 3.1 pricing schedule, 4, 6.1), BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; CSD registration.  
- Scope alignment: adherence to IICRC S520-based remediation scope, containment, waste documentation, and post-remediation verification.
