**Procurement of Civil Engineering Professional Services to conduct and complete Traffic Impact Assessment, Road Masterplan, Stormwater Masterplan, and the provision of full services for internal roads and stormwater infrastructure for MMSEZ North Site Phase 1H.** Open to civil engineering service providers with current ECSA registration, owned/controlled by registered professionals (at least 51%), and capable of providing a lead Pr.Eng with 15+ years’ Roads/Stormwater experience.

- Proof of current professional registration with ECSA for all registered principals; include registration numbers.  
- Key Person (Pr.Eng) with BSc/BEng Civil, 15+ years relevant experience; CVs, project organogram, and IDs.  
- Minimum three additional technical staff; proof of registration and qualifications.  
- Proof of CSD registration, SARS Tax Compliance PIN, VAT (if applicable); bid consortia require separate TCS/CSD for each party.  
- Professional Indemnity Insurance at least twice the contract amount.
