## Summary

#### Overview
**SAFCOL seeks a furniture moving service provider to transport and deploy labour to move office furniture from the ABSA Square building to a storage facility within 10km of the CBD, with an additional requirement to lease out 470m² of storage in Nelspruit for 3 months.** Suitable bidders are furniture relocation specialists with transport, disassembly/packing, on-site supervision, and compliance with SAFCOL’s procurement rules (B-BBEE, CSD, tax clearance).

#### Requirements
- Fully complete the RFQ document and submit on company letterhead.
- Provide a SANAS-accredited B-BBEE verification or an EME/QSE sworn affidavit.
- Submit latest SARS Tax Clearance and proof of registration with the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) (or commit to register within 7 working days of award).
- Include company registration documents and ID copies of directors.
- Ensure prices are firm and VAT inclusive; adhere to SBD requirements and sign all relevant forms.
- Comply with SAFCOL’s data protection, anti-fraud, and supplier conduct expectations (see attached terms in the RFQ).
