**The DBSA invites bids for the appointment of a contractor to perform drilling and grouting works for the Tzaneen Dam project, including exploratory drilling, grout curtain construction, water testing and related works.** Bid information targets civil/dam construction contractors with drilling and grouting capability, CIDB registration, and demonstrated health and safety capacity to meet project requirements under DBSA/DWS governance.

#### Requirements
- Compliance with DBSA/DWS procurement requirements; registration on CSD and CIDB as applicable
- Submit required Returnables and comply with health & safety, tax and other regulatory requirements per tender docs
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS; CSD number if no TCS; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; separate proofs for consortia
- Health & safety: adherence to Annexure A OH&S specs; maintain OH&S file; CHSA appointment; risk assessments (Annexure B) and training
- Contractor qualifications: employ an approved specialist Subcontractor for drilling and grouting unless able to prove equivalent in-house expertise; supervision by experienced personnel
- Insurance and bonds: performance security, All Risk insurance (SASRIA) and related cover (per 13.3 of Volume 2/Contract data)
- Returnables include Method Statement (T2.1.20) and Plant Equipment (T2.1.21) where applicable, plus all standard forms in Volume 2
