#### Requirements
- CIDB grading: minimum CIDB 4 EP or Higher. 
- Staffing qualifications (mandatory): 
  - Project Manager: ND/BTech/BEng in Electrical Eng; ECSA-registered; SACPCMP; 3+ years PM experience.
  - Site Supervisor: ND(S4)/N6; 5+ years HV substation experience; valid C-Green.
  - Electrician/Technician: NC3 in Electrical Eng with trade test; 5 years’ HV substation experience.
  - Construction Health and Safety Officer: CHSO qualification; SACPCMP registration; 5+ years.
- Compliance: Tax compliance (SARS PIN or TCS via SARS/E-Filing); CSD registration; returnable documents; no disqualifying conflicts.
- Scope familiarity and project deliverables: supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 44kV equipment, including PCB, CTs, busbars, earthing, control panels, cables, and related works; site safety and commissioning.
