#### Requirements
- Project lead with a master’s degree (NQF 9) in Climate Finance, Economics, Finance, Environmental Science or related field.
- Climate finance specialist with a master’s degree (NQF 9) in climate finance, environmental finance or related field.
- Team with at least two other members holding a degree (NQF 7+) in Economics, Environmental Finance, Engineering or related field.
- Original and valid BBBEE status verification (certificate or sworn affidavit) and compliance with National Treasury guidelines.
- Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submission of CSD number; SARS Tax Compliance Status or PIN; Tax compliance via SARS/E-Filing.
- Compliance with bid documentation: two-folder Tender (Folder 1 functionality, Folder 2 pricing), Annexure B (projects/references), Annexure C (CVs), SBD forms, and related declarations.
- Attendance at compulsory briefing; questions via DBSA channels; electronic submission via Onedrive links provided by DBSA.
