**Appointment of a Forensic Investigator to undertake a forensic investigation into the whistle-blower report and an irregular, fruitless and wasteful expenditure determination test as required by the PFMA.** SAMSA invites bids from forensic investigators or audit firms with PFMA/forensic experience to cover two scope areas: whistle-blower investigation and a determination test of irregular, fruitless and wasteful expenditure. The service must mobilise resources in the Western Cape and Pretoria and deliver independent, evidence-based findings (Annexure A, RFQ No 1758 Forensic Investigator.pdf).
