## Summary

#### Overview
**PRASA is seeking to appoint a panel of service providers to provide procurement and financial compliance reviews for PRASA for a period of 5 years.** Target bidders are firms with experience in procurement, financial/compliance reviews, internal audit, risk management, and related governance, and who can meet South African regulatory and BBBEE obligations.

#### Requirements
- Proven capability in procurement and financial/compliance reviews (scope per RFP). 
- Compliance registrations: register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or provide Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN from SARS; if a consortium, each party must provide TCS/PIN/CSD as applicable. 
- Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS or equivalent; for foreign bidders, provide CSD if no TCS. 
- Returnable documents: complete and submit required forms (Form A, Form B, Form E, Form F, Form G, Form H) and SBD 4, SBD 6.1 as applicable. 
- Adhere to PPPFA 2000 and 2022 regulations, GCC, and any special conditions. 
- Confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations; handling of confidential information per the RFP. 
- Willingness to enter into a Service Level Agreement (SLA) as per Annexure C. 
- Returning documents and statements must demonstrate competency and prior relevant experience (Annexure B/Competency Questionnaire).
