- Proof of business qualifications: SA advertising/communications body registration; CV/qualification of the account executive.
- Compliance: valid Tax Compliance Status PIN or VAT/CSD registration; tax clearance; central supplier database registration; foreign bidders may need Part B information.
- Joint ventures/consortia: each party must submit separate tax/compliance documents and forms; Joint Venture resolution and joinder documents required; CSD/Joint Venture docs as applicable.
