- Professional Indemnity Insurance not less than R10 million (or undertaking to obtain before allocation).
- Central Supplier Database registration (not older than 3 months).
- B-BBEE Status Level of Contributor certificate.
- If a Joint Venture, submit JV agreement and designate a single entity for the contract.
