#### Overview
**The APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF CONTRACTORS FOR THE PROVISION OF GENERAL BUILDING MINOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON AN AS AND WHEN BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS IN THE KWAZULU-NATAL REGION.** This RFP seeks building contractors capable of delivering general minor maintenance works across multiple disciplines in KwaZulu-Natal, with a compulsory briefing and a 36-month panel arrangement. Competing firms should be prepared to operate under PRASA/ eThekwini-area sites and adhere to the documented procurement process (see attached forms).

#### Requirements
- Compulsory briefing and site inspection; attendance must be evidenced (Form D) (see ANNEXURE 2).
- Submit responses on official forms and schedules (Form A–G, SBD 4, SBD 5, SBD 6.1) (see ANNEXURE 2).
- Registration and compliance: mandatory registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and Tax Compliance requirements (PIN/TCS) or provide CSD number (Form B) (see FORMS in ANNEXURE 2).
- Pricing: fill the Pricing Schedule with all-inclusive rates covering labor, materials, transport, overheads, etc. (ANNEXURE 2, Form C and Annexure B BOQ).
- Submission address and deadline: bids must be deposited in the PRASA Bid Box at Durban Station by 12:00 on closing date (see Form A; ANNEXURE 2).
- Scope includes a broad range of building repairs and maintenance as detailed in the annexed BoQ (ANNEXURE B) and related appendices.
