## Summary

#### Overview
**The SABC seeks to appoint a panel of Development Operations (DevOps) suppliers to provide a team of highly skilled developers for a period of three years.** Bidders should be IT service providers with DevOps capabilities, including .NET development, solution architecture, Scrum leadership, AI/data analytics, and UX/UI design, and must meet B-BBEE, tax, TV license, and supplier database requirements (Document E; Document A).

#### Requirements
- SARS PIN/tax compliance and CSD registration; valid VAT status where applicable (Document A, 2.1–2.9).
- Original or certified BBBEE certificate (SANAS) or annual sworn affidavit for EMEs and 51% black-owned QSEs (Document A, 2.2–2.3).
- Proof of TV license for company, directors, or affidavit of no TV license (Document A, 2.4).
- Certified copies of company registration, shareholders’ certificates, and IDs of directors/members (Document A, 2.5–2.7).
- Last three years of audited/reviewed financial statements or management accounts (Document A, 2.8).
- Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) (Document A, 2.9).
- Bid validity of 180 days and compliance with all technical/functional specifications (Document B; Document E).
- Non-compliance could disqualify the bid; adherence to SABC SCM policies and confidentiality rules (Document A, Document F).
