#### Requirements
- Tax and supplier registers: proof of tax compliance (SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status), and active Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; if no TCS PIN, provide CSD number. Each consortium member must provide separate TCS/CSD as applicable; no bid from state employees or close associates.
- Administrative prerequisites: bids must use official forms; SBD 1 Part A, SBD 3.3 (pricing), SBD 6.1 (preference form) and related DIS disclosure/documents; signed by authorized person; proof of authority.
- Credentials and experience: indicate area(s) of specialization; demonstrate relevant experience; provide CVs for core project roles (Project Director/Manager, Senior Accountant, Accountant) and CVs; provide 4 client reference letters (last 10 years).
- Professional affiliation: professional body certificate (SAICA, SAIPA, IRBA or other relevant) for applicable services.
- Compliance and ethics: declarations of interest, declarations of independence, and compliance with competition/anti-corruption provisions; attach reference letters on official letterheads.
