#### Requirements
- Bidders must be registered on Drakenstein Municipality’s supplier database.
- Tax status requirements per MBD 1 (Part B) must be complied with; tax compliant at award date.
- Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid number and placed in Tender Box 1 before closing time.
- Functionality is applicable; minimum 70 points to be considered for evaluation.
- Bids must remain valid for at least 180 days after closing.
- Procurement uses an 80/20 Preferential Procurement System. Physical documents require a non-refundable fee of **R450**; electronic documents are free.
