#### Requirements
- Fully completed CV templates for Team Leader (Annexure B) and two additional members (Annexure C) (2.4.1.1).
- Valid Legal Practice Council Membership Certificate for all directors (2.4.1.2).
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate for all directors (2.4.1.3).
- Valid Right of Appearance issued by LPC for the proposed team leader and two members (2.4.1.4).
- Minimum three signed reference letters from different clients (2.5.1.1).
- CV Templates for Team Leader (Annexure B) and two additional members (Annexure C) with required assignments (2.5.1.2–2.5.1.3).
- Complete Standard Bidding Documents: SBD1, SBD3.3, SBD4, SBD6.1 (3.2.1.1).
- Registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide a CSD report (3.2.1.1).
- Initial each page of the GCC (Annexure A) (2.11).
- Phase 2: functionality threshold of 100% to proceed to price/goals evaluation (3.2.1.2).

Additional: the proposal will be evaluated under 80/20 price-specific-goals (see Pricing; 80 for price, 20 for specific goals). Specific goals include ownership and diversity targets (Table 1, Annex 6.1). Contract duration to 31 March 2030 (2.6, 2.7).
