## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a panel of four recruitment agencies to provide professional recruitment services to SASSETA from the date of appointment to 31 March 2030.** Bidders should be recruitment agencies with a valid Private Employment Agency (PEA) certificate, corporate-recruitment experience, and capacity to cover all occupational levels on an ad hoc basis. The panel will fast-track critical hires, recruit for scarce skills and employment equity targets, and handle fixed-term/temporary staffing as required (RFP/SASSETA/25261125/1). Closing date: 28 October 2026 (11:00).

#### Requirements
- Fully completed CV templates for Team Leader (Annexure B) and two additional team members (Annexure C); non-submission disqualifies. (2.4.1)
- Valid Private Employment Agency (PEA) Certificate. (2.4.2)
- Minimum experience: at least 3 recruitment assignments for different clients; Team Leader with at least 3 assignments; two additional team members with at least 2 assignments each. (2.5.1)
- Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) by closing; provide a CSD registration report. (3.2.1.1)
- Initial every page of the General Conditions of Contract (Annexure A) and include in proposal. Submit all SBD forms: SBD1, SBD3.3, SBD4, SBD6.1. (3.2.1.1)
- Maintain confidentiality and POPIA compliance; sign confidentiality obligations within SLA. (2.9, 2.10)
