## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a panel of legal service providers for a period of three years to provide general and specialist legal services to the National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF).** Bidders should be law firms or legal service providers with demonstrated capability in the following areas: Compliance, Regulatory and Administrative Law; Commercial Law; General Litigation; Labour Law; Media and Entertainment Law; Intellectual Property Law.

#### Requirements
- Proof of registration with the Central Supplier Database (CSD). If a joint venture, each party submits CSD proof.
- Tax Clearance Certificate (original) and SBD 2 requirements; some sections permit eFiling but original certificate must be included.
- Completed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD 1, 2, 4, 8, 9) and any JV resolutions where applicable.
- Certified copies of Company Registration documents; six-month-capped certification; address, directors, etc.
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate for all directors/partners/principals.
- VAT registration (where applicable) and full price schedule/financial proposal showing VAT, deductions and related costs.
- Evidence of B-BBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit).
- Company profile outlining structure and capabilities.
- Compliance with mandatory documents and general terms of contract; NFVF reserves right to disqualify for non-compliance.

#### How to Apply
- Deadline: **28 October 2026 at 11:00**. Bids received after this time will be disqualified.
