#### Requirements
- Copy of Company Registration Certificate (CRC) with active members.  
- CSD registration; provide CSD number; JV parties must be registered.  
- SARS PIN for tax status visibility.  
- Complete municipal rates and taxes clearance form or show no arrears >3 months.  
- For consortia, each party must submit separate Tax Compliance Status/Pin/CSD.  
- Properly indexed bid document; sealed bids clearly labeled with SCM/BID03/2026/2026.  
- No bids from persons in the State; comply with SCM policy (80/20) and balance scorecard.  
- Bid validity: 90 days; only one submission per bidder.  
- Follow General Conditions of Contract (GCC) including performance security, warranty, payment terms.
