- Copy of company registration certificate (CK) – Compulsory
- Copy of current municipal account not in arrears for 3 months (or lease agreement) – Compulsory
- Joint Venture Agreement – Compulsory (JV must be registered on CSD)
- Valid COIDA/workers’ compensation registration – Compulsory
- Proof of Retail Motor Industry registration – Compulsory
- All bid forms completed in full – Compulsory
- Registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD) – No awards to those not registered
- Not in the service of the state; if not a natural person, directors/managers/stakeholders must not be in state service; not an advisor or consultant contracted with the municipality
- Tax compliance status PIN – Non-compulsory
- Full CSD report – Non-compulsory
