#### Requirements
- Architectural business undertaking under full-time supervision of a registered Architect or Architectural Technologist; at least 51% ownership/control by SACAP-registered professionals.
- Copies of current SACAP registrations for all principals listed in the tender data; include registration numbers.
- At least one registered Architect (Pr. Arch) as Key Person; proof of SACAP registration, CVs, and 15+ years post-qualification experience.
- Minimum of three supporting SACAP-registered professionals (Pr. Arch or Pr. Arch Tech) with Bachelors in Architecture and ≥5 years’ post-qualification experience; organogram and CVs.
- Proof of Professional Indemnity Insurance at least twice the contract amount.
- Ownership/control evidence showing >51% SACAP professional ownership; applicable for consortiums/joint ventures.
- Returnable documents and schedules completed (MMSEZ-01 Ownership, MMSEZ-02 Projects, MMSEZ-04/05/06/07/08/09/10 as applicable) and CSD or SARS tax clearance as required.
- Compliance with tax (SARS PIN or CSD) and anti-collusion declarations.

#### How to Apply
- Submission deadline: 18 August 2026, 11:00. Late submissions not accepted.
- Submission method: deposit in the MMSEZ Tender Box at MMSEZ Offices, 93 Biccard Street, Polokwane (as per SBD1).
