**APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS.** The Musina-Makhado Special Economic Zone (MMSEZ) seeks to form a panel of architectural service providers to execute architectural and related services for projects over 36 months. Bidders must be architectural practices under full-time supervision by a registered architect or architectural technologist, with ownership and control by SACAP-registered professionals of at least 51%. #### Requirements
- Architectural firm must be under the full-time supervision of a registered Architect or SACAP-registered professional and be owned/controlled by SACAP-registered professionals (51%). 
- Provide copies of current SACAP registrations for all principals listed in the tender data, plus proof for any JV/consortium principals.
- Lead professional: at least one Architect (Pr. Arch) with relevant experience; minimum 15 years post-qualification experience for the lead, plus registration with SACAP.
- Provide a minimum of three supporting SACAP-registered Architectural Professionals (Pr. Arch or Pr. Arch. Tech) with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Minimum of three additional technical staff (Architectural Professionals) with CVs, organogram, and proof of qualifications; all staff must be professionally registered.
- Proof of Professional Indemnity Insurance at least twice the contract amount.
- Evidence of ownership/control by SACAP professionals (>51%), and related documentation for consortiums/JVs.
