## Summary

**Appointment of a panel of professional civil engineers to provide civil engineering services to the Council for Geoscience (CGS) for a period of three years.** This RFP seeks civil engineering firms or joint ventures to design, document, procure and administer civil engineering solutions to prevent water ingress into underground mine voids in the Witwatersrand, with work scoped across inception, design development, documentation, procurement, contract administration and close-out. Suitable bidders must hold ECSA registration as a professional Civil Engineer or Civil Engineering Technologist (lead or lead within a JV), be tax-compliant (SARS PIN/TCS) and registered on CSD, and satisfy CGS’s mandatory evaluation criteria (Gate 1) including verifiable references and qualified lead personnel.
