#### Requirements
- Electrical engineering business with full-time supervision by a registered Electrical Engineer or Technologist, owned/controlled by registered professionals (≥51%).
- Copies of current ECSA registration (principals) and related documentation; include for joint ventures/consortia.
- At least one Key Person: registered Electrical Engineer (Pr Eng) with ≥15 years post-qualification experience; provide proof of registration, CV, and references.
- Minimum three additional technically qualified professionals (Pr Eng or Pr Tech) with Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and ≥5 years PQE; provide organogram and CVs.
- Proof of Professional Indemnity insurance (≥ twice the contract amount); proof of ownership/control by ECSA-registered professionals (MMSEZ-01 PSP).
- Proof of CSD registration or SARS Tax PIN/TCS status; VAT where applicable.
- Completion of all Returnable Documents (T2.1/T2.2), including Form MMSEZ-01, MMSEZ-02, MMSEZ-04, MMSEZ-05, MMSEZ-06/07/08, MMSEZ-09, MMSEZ-10, and pricing schedules (C2.2.2 or C2.2.3).
- Provide a comprehensive Project Execution Plan (PEP) for a typical electrical engineering project; clearly state assumptions.
- Functionality threshold: minimum 70 points; evaluation in five stages: Administrative, Substantive, and Functionality.
