- Proof of current professional registration with ECSA for all principals, including at least one Lead Electrical Engineer (Pr. Eng) and a minimum of three supporting engineers/technologists; Lead must have 15+ years post-qualification experience; supporting staff must hold at least a BSc/BEng in Electrical Engineering and ≥5 years post-qualification experience.
- Returnable documents including: MMSEZ-01 Ownership, MMSEZ-02 Projects, MMSEZ-06/07/08 resolutions (consortium/lead entity as applicable), MMSEZ-09 Certification, MMSEZ-10 Preference form, and fully completed pricing and contract schedules (C2.2/C2.3) per the Returnable Schedules.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance at least twice the contract amount; proof of ownership/control by ECSA-registered professionals (>51%); proof of CSD registration; SARS Tax Compliance PIN or TCS status; VAT registration.
- Compliance with the CIDB Standard Conditions of Tender and Stage-based evaluation (administrative, substantive, functionality).
