#### Requirements
- Personnel must be members in good standing of ISACA or IIA (or equivalent). 
- Provide Professional Indemnity Insurance (minimum R50,000). 
- Comply with tax and supplier registration requirements (SARS TCS PIN; CSD if no TCS). 
- If a consortium/joint venture, provide a joint-venture agreement and designate lead signatory; joint liability obligations apply.
