**Appointment of a panel of reverse circulation drilling service providers to augment the CGS’s drilling capacity for three years.** Bidders should be experienced RC drilling contractors with rigs certified for shallow (≤200 m) and/or deep (200–450 m) holes, able to operate on an as-needed basis, and able to meet CGS’s compliance and procurement requirements (SBDs, tax, BBBEE, CSD).

- Valid RC1 certificate for an operational reverse circulation drill rig; indicate shallow or deep drilling capability.
- Demonstrate tax compliance via SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD registration; separate submissions for joint ventures/consortia.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; provide proof of registration; joint ventures must provide JV agreements.
- Complete and sign required bid forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and BBBEE documentation; provide certified BBBEE certificate if applicable.
